Concentrix Customer Service Associate interview questions

Basically it was an easy interview. First round was self introduction than second round voice and Versant and the last round was HR manager round. The voice and Versant round is a very tricky round they basically check our ascent.

First, you have to take their written exam if you pass you have to undego three different interviews, HR interview, initial interview and final interview with Operations Manager and a call simulation.
