I was contacted by email to schedule a first call in which I had an introduction to the company and the position with some questions and a little language test. After that, I was contacted for a final interview. Everything has been managed kindly with great professionalism and attention with continuous feedback and support.

Generally, it has 3 stages. It starts with a phone interview with human resource, followed by lots of time-limited online testing, and finally an online interview with the team leader. What they care about most are your soft skills, including problem-solving and communication. They will usually test you by giving you some scenario examples.
