Interview
By far the most time wasting interview experience I've ever had.
Interview process was fairly simple but LONG. I didn't mind this at first because I enjoyed meeting the team members and I've heard nothing but good things about this company. I went through 3 interviews and 2 assessments (one short and one long), which is a little more extensive than what I'm used to- but again I understood their need to be thorough and didn't mind.
Wait time was about a week between each stage. However, the last I heard from them was when I turned in the long assessment (took a few days). I presented this in an interview and answered some questions. They said they'd get back to me within a week. It has now been 2 weeks and I've heard absolutely nothing even when I tried to follow up. If you're going to make candidates go through an extensive interview process, please have the decency to at least send a rejection email instead of ghosting. With the amount of time and effort I put in for what I thought was an amazing opportunity, I am just thoroughly disappointed.

Interview
I had 2 simple interviews before I got hired at Common Thread Collective, I was given one simple assignment. The team at CTC was incredibly kind & asked in-depth, unique questions while spending time getting to know not only if I was qualified but if I was a good fit personality-wise. They were diligent in responding to me and the onboarding process has been completely smooth sailing.
