Before even meeting with you, they make you submit a project. Doing free work before even meeting with the team seems excessive, but because I'm on the hunt for a job, I decided to bite the bullet, figuring it was just a competency test. They then email me + let me know that I'm not moving forward, and it's a no-reply email, so I can't even get feedback as to why? What a waste of time. Avoid this company.
