CommScope HR Manager interview questions

First they will send you a mail asking for a telephonic round, within few days an online interview for 30 minutes, they seemed super polite but problem with super polite people is that we cant trust them. They talk as if we are shortlisted for the final round and giving hopes to the candidates. I was praised and they put me on cloud 9 with their mannerisms and making me feel that i am hired. The lady told me since the senior is on vacation i need to wait for a week for my final round. So i waited for a week, however one day before sending an automated rejection mail they asked me to fill a survey with how the interview process went. I gave them 5 star as they were super nice and interview went very well , as soon as they received good ratings.. they rejected me stating not a right fit through a generic automated message. I find this very unprofessional. You promise get 5 star rating and then reject . They are like sweet talk manipulators, in the end they will end up hiring someone from thier race and color
