The interview process was done per usual. It took a little longer to get replies to move forward and always work through chains of emails to find the go to person. Was a usual interview setting and wasn't to over the top. I wish they would ask a few more questions on what experience led a candidate up until that point of the interview. I don't get why the word meter is not getting set as I writr this 30 word minimum interview process description. It is far over 30 words and is still not clicking.

Interview
I found the interview process at Coloplast to be really productive. Everyone I spoke to was engaged and responsive. The process was quick, took about three weeks. I did a phone screen with HR, call with the hiring manager, and virtual interviews with team members. I was notified personally that they wouldn’t be extending an offer, and I really appreciated that. I rated this interview process as “difficult” solely because of the test they have everyone take prior to final interviews. It was a four parter: personality, verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and inductive reasoning. It was quite difficult and time consuming, and they don’t tell you how you did. But overall, I was very impressed by the professionalism displayed throughout the process.
