I applied online. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace in Mar 2026
Interview
I went to the final, onsite round interview with this company. They really emphasized having a "family" feel to their work environment and how important relationships/respect were to them. As I interviewed with them, upper management proceeded to come off really condescending and slightly arrogant during the process. They critiqued me on small, unimportant things while answering their interview questions (ex. saying my age while introducing myself, they derailed the whole conversation), leaving things awkward and uninviting towards their team. Although the EHS manager was a great person, unfortunately the site operations team ruined the experience for me. This staff was not a good fit for me, and it was made evident throughout the process.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very smooth and the were not that many tehcnical questions but many behavioural questions to see if you are a good fit with the team. Other than that, it was a very easy process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time were there was conflict and how did you resolve it
Phone call with an HR Recruiter followed by a zoom interview with two people. In my case it was supposed to be with 4 but two couldn't make it. The two that interviewed me were managers.
