I applied online. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace
Interview
It was in front of 2 people and they asked me questions about my resume and my previous experiences. Overall pretty smooth and nothing crazy. It seemed like they had questions prepared prior and just fired them off.
I applied online. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (San Diego, CA)
Interview
I was in Alabama, recruiter was in Nebraska, and job was in California. Interview with recruiter took 6 weeks before in-person interview was scheduled for 10th week. Flew to SoCal for 4 day stay to a 1 hour interview, all expenses paid (best onsite stay ever!). Final acceptance and compensation took another 6 weeks. Accepted offer with additional $10K signing bonus, full relocation, 2 week paid trip to locate housing, and 1 first month in expensive hotel with paid expenses, Crazy great but job only lasted 1 year before RIF cost cuts.
