Cognizant Technical Leader interview questions

Extremely disappointing process. Waited in front of building in line under sunlight for 2 hours from 11AM. Then after we were allowed to enter the building there was another 2 hour wait before we were called for an online test which itself is a 2 hour long test and contains mix of questions from different technologies which you are not even applying for. Although maybe only 25% of the questions were relevant to my skillset, I somehow cleared the test and after another 2 hours called for 1st technical round and was again asked about highly irrelevant questions out of my skillset.
