Cognizant Technical Leader interview questions

Technical Lead position. three rounds of technical interview. My process started with a technical round interview which lasted approximately 45 mins .It was a video call interview ,the interviewer started the discussion with knowing what all I worked iny previous organization ,what all components I had worked on previously . Then he asked basics concepts on questions which I had worked in my previous organization . The interviewer was kind enough to answer the questions which I was not aware /Which I couldn't answer . This was followed by HR round which mainly based on discussion ony expected CTC . Also ,at end of my notice period ,she agreed to revise package from the earlier one which they had provided .

The way I got the respect from HR and they helped me in every process. They were keeping update to date with status. I was requested to follow according to portal instructions with clean and clear description.
