Structured multiple level of interviews.First was an initial screening by two members of technical team asking various technical questions to understand the skill level. Next was an interview from the senior director checking on background and roles on different projects. After this there were three levels of client interviews with different teams including the CFO

Interview
Very smooth process wherein a recruiter reached out to see if there was a match and interest in the job. Thereafter, a Senior member of the team coordinated the interviews and kept me apprised of the entire process. I had 1 phone interview and met with 2 client members within a span of one week. Overall, it was a great process and interviewers were decisive so made for a positive experience.

Basic technical and situational questions were asked such as 'How would handle so and so situation'; 'What's your experience with so and so'; Interview questions can be difficult or simple depending on how prepared you and your ability to speak to your relevant experience and provide examples. In general, I found the interview easy.
