Cognizant Salesforce Developer interview questions

I think they conducting 3 to 4 rounds. I was rejected in second round. First round they take 30 min, they test basics, customization and configuration skills along with your experience. After 2 hours of waiting they took second round. He spend 2 mins per candidate He simply rejected all. I know what he test in 2 mins. Still now I'm in big diloma. I didn't do any mistake. I waited sometime he did remaining all the candidates for same thing. So all are rejected in the second round. One boy told to me, every week they are conducting interviews they are doing same thing.
