Short discussions with 2 hiring managers. I was asked about the domain experience and why I wanted to work for CTS. What is the kind of role I am looking for and what are my career aspirations? Have I managed resources using the GDM model?

Interview
The process started with recruitment folks sending an invite for weekend drive. It was a scheduled one, but it turned out to be scheduled walk-in.
Interview started a good 4 hours after arriving at venue and by the time Technical, managerial and HR round was done, it was 7 pm in the evening. Recruiter said, they will roll out the offer in 2-3 weeks time.
Fast forward to close to 2 months, there is no sign of offer letter.
On contacting, I get a template reply from recruitment team. I heard they are doing it to most of the folks who were interviewed in pune in SB road office. They just fill their database with people, who have cleared the interview and then sleep on it. If there is any requirement in future, they might contact you for the opening. Doesn't give a very good impression of the company.

Interview
It was face to face initially. on the there was HR round of interview for salary discussion. After that there is technical interview , then Managerial interview. After that HR again called and asked for documents of education and past experience.
Once background verification done they will release the offer letter.
