With the help of Merittrac the interview was conducted. The first round was group discussion. The second round was aptitude exam. Questions only from logical and analytical reasoning and from english competency. Unlike other companies, CTS did not verifies the candidates qunatitative aptitude. The next round is Technical HR and you will be asked mostly from what you have written in your resume'. The next round is a HR round where you will asked stress handling questions.

There were 3 rounds - Aptitude, Technical HR, HR. I was called for the interview based on my AMCAT scores. They asked me the basics of Java and Object Oriented Programming. HR was friendly. Got rejected as my Engineering percentage was a little less than 70.

Through AMCAT direct technical and hr technical is very very simple just concentrate on project one programming language.Qusns like factorial using recursion like that.
