Cognizant Programmmer analyst interview questions

I was recruited through off campus. there were 3 round in total : Aptitude, Group Discussion and HR round. Interview process was very fair and friendly. HR did not ask much about technologies and programming, they just checked the confidence level of the candidates

Early in my career for this interview. They had a round of aptitude test. The candidates that cleared the aptitude would then go for the technical round. Once technical round is cleared you will have a personal round of interview. They later on called and inform the results and provided the offer letter over the email.
