Cognizant Programmer Analyst Trainee interview questions

Written test will be conducted. On clearing written test, technical interview will be held. After clearing technical Interview, final round will be HR interview. After HR interview, we will get offer within 2 to 3 weeks if HR interview is cleared.

The recruitment procedure is easier compared to other companies. Had a written exam conducted by AMCAT having easy to intermediate quant,reasoning and verbal questions. After clearing the exam, I had one technical and one HR round. Technical round was for about 40 min in which I was asked almost about every single subject I have learnt in engineering(basics only).You can direct your own interview that's what I felt. HR interview lasted just for 5 min. Who so ever cleared the technical round were almost selected as HR round was just a formality. They ask you about hobbies, willing to relocation and normal questions. After three days, I got the mail for the selection.
