Good simple questions must have above average communication skills in english ang average technical skills in any one programming language for freshers also the training they provide after selection is also great but the management has some issues due to which the duration of training period can extend

He introduced himself and then proceeded with the interview. My interviewer was very friendly. Whenever I felt like I didn’t know the answer to a question, he encouraged me to let him know if I didn’t know the answer. He even explained a concept I was confused about.
