Cognizant Associate/Senior Associate interview questions

First phone screen it was like job description is matching with the skills we have then Technical rounds two one with cts internal team and one with client HR in this they will ask behavioral questions

This includes capturing a photo, entering the code, and uploading the required image before joining the meeting. 🔹 Interview Flow: The process started with introductions, followed by technical questions covering IICS, SQL, and Unix. Then came scenario-based discussions, leading to a final Q&A session where we clarified details about the role and responsibilities. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-structured.
