Don't let them fool you by saying that they are conducting personal F2F interviews. They scam you up and you will end up being in a drive with 200-500 candidates.
They don't value your years of experience and make you sit in a drive to take a 10 min interview for which you might have to wait for just 5 hours.

Interview
3 round process. Online test followed by technical round and then HR round. I appeared 2 times for CTS interview at Hyderabad and both times I succeeded in cracking it. But as usual both times I didn't receive offer letter from them. On first occasion HR didn't respond to my queries at all. 2nd time in hr round I intimated my past experience with CTS to hr. She asked me have faith in her and that all persons are not same. But as it turned out she also stopped responding me after intimating me that my profile has been kept on hold. I still get interview invites every week for CTS. I don't get it is there any system or organisational problem with them. They never release offer to selected candidates but always keep on organising interview. It's waste company per my 2 time back to back bad experience.
