Worst ever interview process I have ever gone through. I attended CTS "scheduled walk in" and reached the premises at 9:30 AM. At 2 o clock in the afternoon they all of sudden invented a new round but they were not prepared for this initially. So they gave one question paper between 4-5 people ask them to sit together and write their own answers. It was more of a joke.
The HR were terrible at managing all of this process. One of the Hr's I think her name is Rishipreet kept on yelling on people. When a guy decently ask her about his status at 2:30 saying he has been waiting since 9:30 she rudely said you can leave if you want and this happened to 4-5 people in front of me. She would be rude to people because of their capability to not able to manage the recruitment and taking their frustration out of candidates.
After waiting for 5 hours and one pathetic shared mcq question round everyone was asked to leave.
My suggestion do not waste your time on CTS interviews. They are useless.

The worst interview exp i had. Went there at 10 am. There were 100+ candidates for .net. We all were asked to submit a resume and write serial no to know when our number will come for interview. The interview started at 11am. First 10-15 candidates were taken inside for f2f directly. Later theb at 2:30 pm the hr announced few names and asked to come inside. She distributed Q papers for written test. And the paper that i got was not even printed properly and when i ask the hr to change, she told me to "pls adjust" and write the test!! Are u kidding me...is this an interview process or some kind of joke ! Why is that few ppl were given direct f2f and rest written. The test process must be fair for all. And after all this, we were told mvc or wpf is mandatory and thats y those who did not attend wpf questions by default did not clear...It shd be mentioned in job description that certain skills r mandatory....finally after all the drama at 4:45pm the hr loudly annouces and says each one of us that "u hv not cleared the test & u can leave, thanku"....i wonder if CTS HRs were interviewed before being hired!. ...and those few who cleared the f2f were sitting till evening & hr still didnt tell them if the 2nd round will be even conducted or not..seems like 3 panels for 100+ candidates..what a shocking exp from CTS!..
