Aptitude test online,containing quantitative,reasoning,puzzles c,c++,debugging,english.move forward type question paper,once answered and moved on can't change or answer later.
Interview consists your ability to listen and answer confidently,puzzles,aptitude questions can be asked,your projects if any,explain it thoroughly and get ready to answer cross questions on every move you make.
Your resume can attract some questions be ready.don't let him loose interest in you.
And important thing is in interview always try to early spot as last members may not be selected as the interviewer may take as much members and at the end may do interview for the sake of doing it.

Process was smooth and simple.
1st round online aptitude test AMCAT
{Quants: PL, TW, TD, Ratio, Train Prob, Boat and Stream, PC were the main topics}
2nd round Technical Interview
{UG & PG projects, basic concepts from core subjects, 1 - 2 program implementations, 1 logical puzzle }
3rd round HR interview
{About yourself, flexibility in relocation, leadership qualities , any questions}

two wires of diff dimensions have been given.
both of them gets completely combusted in 1 hour. you are in a pitch dark room with such two wires and a box of matches. you have to come out of the room in 45 minutes.
[you cannot count seconds in your mind or else you cannot visually determine the halfway of the wires given neither do you have anything else other than a box of matches and those 2 wires]

Interview
The first round was aptitude which was pretty hard, but got through it. Technical and HR rounds were combined and the questions were related to my branch mechanical engineering. It was all about CAD and Solid edge. He hardly let me talk. I couldn't get through it.
