Cognizant ETL Informatica Developer interview questions

Waiting process before the interview should be improved. Lots of hassle before interview as no space for standing . Even no fans working upstairs which makes waiting suffocated. Only two lifts to go upstairs and stairways were closed.

Worst hiring process ever. Reached 9 o clock and till 4 o clock there was no 1st round. 430 got call for 1st round. Interviewer was not at all interested in taking interview. Felt like he was forced to take an interview. I don't understand when there is not much requirement y call so many people whom you can't manage and waste your time as well as ours.
