I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coach (Cannock, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
Laid back, easy, relaxed.
Asked me to describe myself. Asked me what makes good customer service. Asked my strength's and weaknesses. And why I want to leave my current job
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Coach (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview first interview was with the store manager was quite standard.
The second interview was with the district manager, most of the time she was discussing the store's goal and company benefits with me.
The last interview was a floor interview. They picked a location and put me on the floor for 1 hour. Their store associate manager was observing my reaction to the walk-in customers.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Coach in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied in person with Resume and Cover Letter, received paper application to fill out. At least a month process to receive a phone call for interview. The General Manager was an acquaintance through the Center where I was a Manager at another Retailer. Unfortunately, the GM was quite rude, very condescending, cut the interview short by asking if there were any questions to be answered. About a week later, received a phone call stating the position was filled. Would love to work for Coach in Management, but this GM apparently plays favorites and is the Gatekeeper, which roadblocks great talent for being considered.
