The interview process was okay it wasn’t terrible, you go in talk to all the supervisor and manager roles and they get a feel if they like you then the manger will reach out to you afterwards at least for me it was pretty simple

One of the questions was if you’re confronted selling because this role involves being very persuasive and almost insisting to a certain extent

Interview
After a brief phone interview I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I met with an assistant manager who asked questions about my approach to customer service. She also tried to gauge my work ethic.

What would you do if a customers was unhappy about her purchase after she has worn it for a month?
Long; 3 separate interviews. First was group interview, then a phone call with management, after an in person with sales force team. No clear indication of who I was to be answering to.
