The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coach in Aug 2011

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coach (Little Rock, AR) in May 2011
Interview
i found the interview to be one of the better ones i have had. im not saying this because i thought i did well, i really appreciated the questions asked. i have never been asked to explain my work ethic before, and i think a question like that is a good way to weed people out. the manager that i interviewed with was very honest about the type of buisness she likes to run. its a very sales orriented place. they want you to met your goals, and they give you lots of ways to get it done.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coach (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2009
Interview
You are invited to a group interview with about 5 other candidates. The Hiring Manager asks a question and then each candidate takes turn answering them. I found the interview to be quite easy-going and the questions were simple. I received a call 2 days later and accepted the offer. Remember to focus on customer service and how you are able to develop relationships with customers. The employees are all very friendly and fun to work with. As a new employee, you tend to get the least convenient hours, but that will change once you have worked there longer. After your yearly performance review, you can ask your Manager for a raise.
