I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Coach (Houston, TX)
Interview
Very smooth interview process. I was interviewed by the regional manager, and was asked a few questions on my brand knowledge and sales strategy. It's typically a three step process. First, you need to get and pass an interview with an associate manager. Then you have an interview with the direct manager, and then you make it through to the regional manager. One in ten typically make it through from the second to the third interview. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Question 1
What would be your sales strategy to meet a sales goal at the end of the month?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coach (New York, NY) in Aug 2013
Interview
Extremely laborious. Had to meet with the assistant managers, store manager, and then the district manager who moved the interview twice. I found it frustrating that the entire process took over a month. I was desperate for a job so I bit my tongue and dealt with it. Hiring process has changed drastically. In the direction that this company is going, it is mostly about how you look, and past experience. Someone who doesn't look the part will not get hired, no matter how qualified they are.
I applied online. I interviewed at Coach (London, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied online, after 3 days, they call me to appointed an interview. It is a group interview of three candidates, the interview just like a conversation, and the recruiter is kind and friendly.
