Interview goes straight to the point. Must be prepared to talk about how knowledgeable you are about their brand and how they manage stores. The interview was held near the store, manager does look at your presentation so dress for the occasion.

Tell me about your experience selling luxury brands
Group interview, very basic. Very little overview of job duties, spent more time talking about how great it is to work there. Felt overqualified explaining my retail experience in a group of people just explaining their personal life, with little to no experience.
Said their location was without leadership, sharing a manager with another location. Emphasized showing up to work, how it effects workload for everyone.
