Question 1
Have you ever had a tough experience at work and how did you handle it?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Coach (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2011
Interview
I came into the store and asked for an application. A girl gave it to me and said that they are having a group interview that Saturday. I went to the interview and it was with the store manager and two other girls. We filled out some paperwork first and then she started asking us questions. After the questions we each did a role play of how to sell to customers. After the interview was done, I got a call later on that day from the store manager asking if I can meet with the District Manager at another location. When I met with the DM, it was another girl as well.

Question 1
Between a 1-10, what would you give yourself for selling?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Coach
Interview
I had 3 interview. The first one was with an assistant store manager and it was a group interview. She asked questions such as what do you know about Coach, why do you want to work at Coach, what are the best services you received and other typical retail interview questions. The second one was a store manager and it was a group interview again. She asked similar questions to the first interview and something like have you ever been ranked at work or anywhere, and where were you placed at. Then I had the last interview with the district manager. It was one on one, and she also asked some typical retail questions. Overall, the interviews were not so difficult, however knowledge about current fashion trends and Coach would be very helpful during the interview process.
