Interview
I applied online and was contacted via phone about 2-3 months after applying, they just had a position open up. I was about to graduate from college with a degree in Fashion Merchandising so I had a background that fit. The interview was informal, with the assistant store manager and the store manager came in yo ask me a few questions at the end.
It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Interview
Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
