Interview
I went in to the store for a random shopping day found out they were hiring. The manager of the store talked to me and gave me her card for later reference. I got to the interview and it was a calm environment. They brought us back to the storage area to talk and asked a couple questions about our past experience and what we wanted to do here at their store.
I got an email to inform me if I'm interested they would like have an interview with me. Then coach called me to arrange a virtual interview. The questions are easy just about yourself.

Quick and brief. The area manager interviews all staff after all interviews with stores management . Why did you leave previous employer. Tell us about yourself. How did you achieve your previous stock results

Interview
I already knew the store manager from previous seasonal employment. She texted me to let me know the position I wanted opened up. We set up an interview with her new visual and merchandising manager since he and I would be working together most of the time. The interview went well since I already knew the inner workings at this particular location and was recommended by the store manager for being very independent and organized at work.
