Coach Associate Sales interview questions

Group interview, very basic. Very little overview of job duties, spent more time talking about how great it is to work there. Felt overqualified explaining my retail experience in a group of people just explaining their personal life, with little to no experience. Said their location was without leadership, sharing a manager with another location. Emphasized showing up to work, how it effects workload for everyone.

They’ll ask you a bunch of questions regarding your character and sales experience. I spent about 30 minutes discussing experiences and sales goals that I’ve met at certain retailers and how they apply to selling Coach.
