The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cisco (San Jose, CA) in May 2011
Interview
Very professional interview. The questions asked were straightforward and a decision was made very quickly. Since Cisco needed this position pretty badly, they introduced me to the platform and that was that.

Question 1
What is your biggest strength and biggest weakness?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in May 2011
Interview
Put in a lot of time on the phone with no answer to the interview or follow up. They just went dark. Thought after all my personal/work time with interview on phone they would at least send me a dear John e-mail or something. They put you through a gruling interview with a million questions that you repeat over and over with at least 5 different people just to never hear from them again. Then I found out that there were a lot of layoffs. Don't know what happened. *Strange*
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cisco (Río de Janeiro) in Jan 2011
Interview
Cisco is on of best places to work and I was interwied by four managers from diffente sectors. They asked me about my experience, background and expectation about the work.
Most of iterviews were made using telepresence, Cisco word for teleconference; all the managers where very polite and even everybody being on tight schedules and different timelines, they never got late to the interview me.
All the scheduling for the intervies was arranged one week before and the asked my my "ok" to the interview schedule beforehand.
