Cisco Product/Project Manager interview questions

Interview process was over four months long. First two interviews were within a month, then it was radio silent for 2 months. It was impossible to get ahold of the recruiter to get an update and finally a third interview was scheduled. During the last interview the team said they would make a decision within a couple of weeks. After over a month it has still been radio silent. I have even sent a thank you letter to the internal recruiter to have it sent to the team. After multiple emails requesting confirmation that it was received.... radio silent. What a poor candidate experience. This is coming from someone who previously worked at Cisco. I like the company otherwise.

The interview process started off good with a telephone call with hiring manager. After the call it proceeded to an interview with department head which was done in a professional manner. After this call it took couple of weeks before I decided to reach out to hiring manager to get a status update on the recruitment process. Hiring manager informed me that the process is still ongoing but it is taking some time.
