Interview
I was invited for an on-campus interview for screening for this role. Asked about my ongoing projects and experiences and relevant courses I had taken. Hiring manager just seemed disinterested.

Interview
Phone screen followed by onsite the next week.
Cisco was looking for someone with Docker, Jenkins, and Linux build support (.deb and .rpm).
We chatted for ~30 minutes for the phone screen about things on my resume.
At the on-site we discussed everything else on my resume in-depth. There were also some conflict resolution questions...pretty easy.
