Cintra interview questions

It was a pretty straight forward process. You had to pass a English test (fairly easy) and a numerical test, nothing really difficult but be prepared to read charts and make quick calculations. After passing this tests, the CV screening was made. If you pass the screening a phone call will be set up with the HR team, mainly it will be fit so make the research and know the sector and position in advance. If selected, you will have a final interview with another HR. Show your motivation!

I got an email telling me I was a good match and that I should come for an interview. They scheduled the interview for two weeks later. The interviewer was an HR intern, with form to fill out. All the questions asked were on the form, and notes were taken. After that, the intern told me it would be a couple of weeks and they would let me know if I was still a candidate, and call me for a panel interview. After about two weeks, I got an email saying that the process was still active, and they were interviewing more candidates. It's been a month, and I have no answer yet. The job is a one year, full time (40+ hrs/week) internship, and they don't offer benefits, and a salary of $15/hr with optional salary review after 3, and 6 months.
