Chubb underwritter interview questions

The interview process was very short. They were looking to fulfill the role within the next two weeks. I had two interviews with two different teams as an Underwriter. The interviews weren't difficult, they were looking for someone who had the personality and will to learn and be excited about starting a career in the insurance industry. I had two 30 minute interviews talking about my skills as a new graduate and why I was interested. The typical questions for a new grad.

The process was lengthy, with 3 interviews spread over ~2 months. Final call back from HR took an additional month, so really 3 months of interviewing for an entry-level position.
