Got a call saying they were interested and never emailed me. They said they would send an email within 10-15 minutes. I called three times and texted and no email back. Not even a sorry we changed our mind.

Interview
I had 3 stages interview with 4 different people, plus an online verbal and numerical reasoning test. The interviews were standard competency based questions, however focus on the skills needed for the job and in the same time trying to get to know my character. What I liked the most is that I was able to have conversations during all 3 interviews, were I was able to find out more about the people and their culture.
