Interview
First the office in England made an appointment for me with their office in Holland. The process was very standard. I had to tell things about myself and then repeat them by stating what my strong points are.

Question 1
What are your development points. This is the same question as: "what are your weak points". This question is decades old and everybody has no doubt prepared for it.
The interview was casual and mostly a test of your customer service skills. it was pretty easy as long as you remain confident and also likeable. Just remember customer service skills and you will be fine
It was very easy and straight forward. Very typical interview questions about handling conflict with others. Interviewer was laid back and answered all of the questions I had about working with the company and working in customer service.

Interview
Met with several manages that gave pretty basic questions. Managers seem scared to interview. They go over job description. Very basic intelligent questions asked . Not to much to say to give 30 words. Very basic interview. They hire working with temp agency primarily.
