The role entailed focused on providing needs for LGBT Clients. The interview was 30 minutes long. They described the 12 month academy process and explained that only the first semester was necessary and the rest were optional

Interview
They had multiple interviews and various decision-makers were included in the process. This process seemed slightly excessive and there was no personal follow-up but an automated email to inform of their final decision.
