apply for jpn got responce after 3 weeks. no responce after initial call when i mentioned about h1b. quite disappointing after wasting 30 minutes for all pre-screen quetions. Not going to apply again.

Three round process behavioral, case, technical. Each round lasts about 45 minutes. Behavioral is pretty standard. Case you may receive code and asked how to make it better. Technical are pretty standard problems that you can find on leetcode. The average difficulty is around easy to medium I dont think you will see any hard level questions.
