Capital One Software Developer interview questions

Process started with phone call with HR. Then after you pass that and the coding assessment they send you, you do 4 interviews (mine were on zoom). There are 2 tech interviews, which I believe they call Job Fit interviews now. They’re leet code style questions, but can be tricky to do on the spot while sharing your screen. So make sure to practice medium difficulty coding questions on leetcode. Next was a behavioral interview, not bad. It was the “tell me about a time when…” style. Lastly was the case interview, which is a poor option to make software engineer do, in my opinion. This is a more business oriented question, and I can’t remember much more details than that. The interview was relatively difficult, but not impossible if you prepare well. I just think putting people through hours of interviews asking questions that don’t correlate to what you’ll actually be doing in your role is pointless.
