i was first sent an online assessment after i passed it, a recruiter reached out and scheduled for onsite for the onsite, called power day, it consisted of three rounds: a technical round, a case study round, and a behavioral round throughout the process, my recruiter was very helpful in scheduling and clarifying the interview formats

Behavioral Leetcode + OO
The interview process was very smooth. I got a call back from the recruiter three days after I finished my power day telling me I was accepted.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Oct 2021
Interview
A coding challenge conducted on code signal is the first step. I received the challenge fairly quickly after applying. I got ¾ of the problems correct with some code for the 4th problem which I didn't finish.
I moved on to the next phase which was a set of 3 interviews. The interviews were 1h each, and each had separate goals. One was purely behavioral and asked about a number of items on my resume. One was purely technical and involved narrating while solving a coding challenge on linked lists and some simple object oriented problems. The linked list coding challenge was more difficult than I expected, I spent 45 minutes on the problem. The last interview was a technical case where I was asked some generic product management type questions about how to make a chatbot service more impactful. The case interview also included some code and assessment of how to improve the code (the coding in this section was very simple). The interviewers were all very professional, personable, and welcoming, as was my recruiter. I had a great experience overall.
A few days after my last interview I was given an offer. I am a white male UT Computer Engineering Student with a fairly strong resume and a previous tech internship at P&G for reference.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral interview questions were fairly generic. Technical interview and coding challenge questions were comparable to the easier Leetcode Mediums or easys. I would recommend practicing talking through your reasoning outloud on a coding challenge to prepare for the technical interview.
