Capital One Product Manager interview questions

20 minute Phone screening and 1 hour Case Study over the span of 2 weeks, quick and responsive in their communication. Recruiters and Interviewers were very friendly and helpful in the process.

The process was 4 steps where the final step is Power Day. The 2 Business Case Interviews on Power Day were what I found hard and honestly I failed one of them. I froze and didnt do the calculations correctly. I did find the BizCases a bit over the top for a product role, first most product roles do not do the work that was required in the business cases and I wouldn't say its a good indicator that passing a Biz Case makes you a good product manager, especially on products that are not for the Banking or Credit Cards. Everyone I met was very nice and it was an unfortunate outcome.
