Capital One MRP Associate interview questions

Made up of a behavioral interview and then a Power day, which is 3 hours long. included a case, job fit, and behavioral interview. interviews were relatively difficult and they are a very specific type of culture that you need to fit into perfectly.

First Round is an initial Behavioral Interview. If you are pushed through to the next round, they call it the "Power Day" which consists of 3 interviews, roughly 45 mins each with 3 different employees of Capital One. The three interviews consist of a Job Fit Interview, Behavioral Interview, and a Case Study. I highly recommend watching the example video they provide you with and watching other helpful videos on how case studies are conducted to be best prepared!
