Capital One Sr. Business Analyst interview questions

C1 BA only interview you for cases, they don't care about behavioural part. 1st round of online assessment, with 7 MC, followed by two rounds of case interviews. First round is 45-min mini case, which is pretty straightforward. 2nd round is 2h powerday with 2 cases. Interviewees are pretty nice, but cases are hard.

Phone Interview. The whole process worked well. The recruiter first introduced the company and the position, The whole process will include one-hour mini case and powerday interview. She asked some basic questions such as office preference and sponsorship. Then I introduced myself and talked about my background and projects.
