HR screening is the first step, followed by scheduling the first interview, which focuses on mini-cases. The second round, known as Power Day, involves a series of interviews. The first interview lasts about 30 minutes and covers case and behavioral questions. The final round consists of four interviews.

Applied through employee referral, and the process overall took 6 weeks. HR phone screening + mini case interview + power day. HR phone screening was pretty straightforward, and mini case interview was aligned with the prep material they provided. Power Day was a bit more difficult than mini case interview, and I ended up doing 3 cases + 1 product interview. The product interview was actually fun. Overall, I had a positive experience.
