I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
The interview consisted of three very long questions. These questions concerned group work and project work specifically. Not very much opportunity to elaborate on different situations. Capital One definitely likes to talk about the team environment.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA)
Interview
I applied through my school career center, and the website. I then followed up with an online assement test which was fairly difficult, it was just time consuming but don't worry they know that most people would not finish. Then I was invited for an interview on campus, the interview was a behavioral interview which was fairly ok. Questions like tell me about a time when you had to change the opinion of people in a group. Then I was then invited for there final round of interview in Richmond. It was a great experience they treated us very well. The interview lasted the whole day, it was a behavioral interview, a job fit interview and a case interview. In my case I felt that I did badly on the case cause it was dealing with project management stuff which I didn't have a lot of experience with, my job was ok but I felt I could have been better cause I did not know where I wanted them to place me.
