I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Baton Rouge, LA)
Interview
Had first round interviews on campus then received an invitation to their power day. Consisted of 4 interviews. Two were basic behavioral, one case which wasn't bad just want to see how you view the financial statements, one job fit. Overall not bad at all.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Went to information session to learn more about company/position. Applied online. Received a link to complete a behavioral, reading comprehension, and analytical skills assessment. Interviews are based off of this mainly I think. Got a interview. Was informed it was going to be a case study interview. They held a session the night prior to interview to help you prepare for a case interview and get a feel what they want to see during the interview. Been a few days since my interview, should hear back next week about the next steps in the hiring process.
