Capital One Customer Service Manager interview questions

Interview took about 45 minutes. Started with basic questions and then continued with behavioural based questions and with many different examples of previous work experience. Basic questions - Tell us about your previous job? Behavioural based - Tell us about a conflict with one of your co-workers, what steps did you take to resolve the issue, would you have done anything in a different way?
