Interview
1) There a written test. It consists of Aptitude and computer language questions.
2) Once selected, there's a group discussion round. Ten candidates take part in one group discussion.
3) It's followed by a technical interview. Mostly conducted by two interviewers.
4) Finally there's a Humar Resource round. Here the offer is made and all company policies are explained and clarified.
